With so many recent engagements, we want to share a little love with couples beginning to plan their weddings. This giveaway is for those drawn to elevated florals and a curated approach to design. This giveaway is for couples who are interested in Full Service Wedding floral design, and looking for a collaborative, design led approach to their wedding day. This applies to engaged couples planning a wedding in any of the locations where we offer our services, including Madison and Milwaukee, Chicago, Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. $500 floral credit toward Full Service Wedding Floral Design + Bonus Prize
TWO WINNERS RECEIVE
The first prize winner will receive a $500 credit toward their custom Full Service Wedding floral design with 1209 Creative. This credit may be applied toward your overall floral investment and used across ceremony and reception florals, as well as other design focused floral moments throughout your wedding day.
Working with 1209 Creative means a collaborative, design-led process from start to finish. This prize is ideal for couples looking for a cohesive, full service floral experience guided by thoughtful design and professional execution.
Design Support + Event Styling included a part of the prize (valued at $600)

Every giveaway winner will also receive our Design Support + Event Styling service. This consultative service provides professional design guidance to ensure your wedding feels cohesive, intentional, and well considered beyond florals alone.
This styling support includes a design consultation, design direction refinement, a simple styling mood board, tablescape and rental guidance, and written styling notes to help streamline communication with your coordinator or venue team.
This added bonus is perfect for couples planning without a full service planner or anyone wanting expert design direction.
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: $1,100
The prize can only be applied toward a Full Service Wedding floral booking and is subject to the Full Service minimum.

Winners announced on Valentine’s Day
Winners will be announced on Valentine’s Day and contacted directly via Instagram once the giveaway closes. Each selected couple will receive details on their prize along with information on next steps and booking.
From there, we’ll schedule a design conversation and walk through how your prize applies within our custom floral process, ensuring everything feels cohesive and thoughtfully planned.

Giveaway Terms
• This giveaway is open to engaged couples only.
• Winners must be planning a wedding in one of our service areas: Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, Phoenix and Scottsdale areas.
• Prizes apply to Full Service Wedding floral design only and cannot be used for à la carte orders, other events, or workshops. See Services Page.
• A minimum floral investment is required to redeem any prize.
• Valid for new bookings only and may not be applied to existing contracts or previously booked events.
• Prizes are valid for 2026 or 2027 wedding dates only.
• Prizes are non transferable, non refundable, and have no cash value.
• One prize may be redeemed per couple.
• Winners must book within the designated time frame shared at time of notification.
• Prizes must be redeemed through our standard booking process.
• Floral upgrades and add-ons are selected and curated by 1209 Creative to ensure design cohesion and feasibility.
• Giveaway prizes may not be exchanged for alternative services or substitutions.
• If a winner does not meet the booking requirements or booking timeline, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. • Giveaway prizes are subject to availability. If we are already booked for the winner’s wedding date, the prize may not be redeemed for that date.
